Rules for using Apna CSC Tools, its utility tools, wallet services and generated outputs.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Apna CSC Tools, you agree to these Terms.
2. Account
Provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure. Use the service only for lawful purposes and with documents you are authorized to process.
3. Utility Tools
Output quality can depend on information, images and files supplied by the user. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before official submission.
4. Farmer ID / Documents
Generated cards or documents are tools/templates and do not by themselves establish government approval, identity, ownership or eligibility. Verify official requirements before submission.
5. Wallet & Credits
Applicable service rates are displayed in the platform. Chargeable services may consume credits according to their stated rules and backend verification.
6. Recharge & Payments
Recharge plans are displayed before payment. Payment confirmation is subject to gateway and backend verification. A payment attempt does not guarantee wallet credit until verification succeeds.
7. Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Processing documents without authorization.
- Bypassing charges, authentication or security controls.
- Uploading malicious code or abusing the service.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance, provider outages or technical incidents.
9. Intellectual Property
Apna CSC Tools branding, interface, software and original platform content belong to their respective owners.
